
What is CM2H?
The Cambodia My Second Home (CM2H) program is a relocation and investment initiative jointly launched by the Cambodian government and the Khmer Home Charity Association (KHCA). It aims to provide international investors with a simplified long-term residency option. This program offers participants a 10-year visa and multiple exclusive benefits, helping members seamlessly integrate into life and work in Cambodia.

CM2H Program Features
10-Year Long-Term Visa: Applicants receive a stable 10-year residency permit, with eligibility to apply for citizenship after 5 years.
First-Year Insurance Coverage: CM2H members enjoy medical insurance for the first year.
Work Permit: Members can obtain a 10-year work permit, facilitating business operations and employment in Cambodia.
VIP Services & Benefits: Including VIP airport transfers, exclusive discounts from merchants, and city tours.
Professional Assistance: Covering company registration, bank account opening, and driver’s license conversion.
Flexible Investment Options: Applicants can choose to invest in real estate, such as the GCO Market project.
CM2H Program Features
1. 10-year membership in the Khmer Home Charity Association (KHCA).
2.10-year CM2H visa.

4.First-year life and medical insurance, with a maximum coverage of $100,000.
5.Medium-sized company registration services in Cambodia.
6.Opening of a corporate bank account.

- All the above services are included in the CM2H membership plan and are for members only with no additional fees.
- Daily quotas apply to certain services, and advance reservations are recommended.
- CM2H reserves the final right of interpretation in case of disputes.
Requirements
- 18 years old.
- Good moral character.
- Minimum investment of US$100,000 (including the purchase of a CM2H appointed project and CM2H membership fees).
- A valid passport with at least 26 months of validity.

Application process
1. Verification Process
- Complete the registration form.
- Pay the US$10,000 CM2H membership fee.
2. Verification Completion
- Once verification is successfully completed, the applicant will receive the application form and payment receipt via email.
- If the Ministry of Interior rejects the application, the CM2H membership fee will be refunded after deducting a US$250 administrative fee.
3. Application Process
- Complete the application form.
- Pay the remaining US$40,000 CM2H membership fee.
- Purchase a government-appointed project and submit the contract
4. Final Approval & Entry into Cambodia
Upon approval, the applicant will receive:
- CM2H visa.
- CM2H membership card.
- Membership number for the Khmer Home Charity Association and CM2H program.
- Local bank account and related documents in Cambodia.
- Business registration in Cambodia (if required).
